1. Returns and Exchanges

Domestic Orders:
Products purchased from kiddiescollection.com can be exchanged or refunded within 3 days of delivery if received in a damaged condition, wrong size, or incorrect item.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Props, accessories, or extra fabric used in photoshoots are not included unless clearly mentioned in the product description.

Process:

  • Inform our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number and return shipment tracking details.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued in the form of a one-time-use coupon valid on your next purchase.
  • For credit card transactions, the refund will be made to the original card used.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.
  • Kiddies Collection reserves the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items or payment issues.

Delivery Charges (DC):

  • All delivery charges are receiver-paid, both for domestic and international orders.

International Orders:

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • International orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processed or dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing customs documentation and covering any import duties or taxes.

2. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions and prices. Orders will be honored only if there are no material errors. Product colors and packaging may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.


3. Order Acceptance

Orders are considered accepted only once they have been dispatched. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon acceptance.


4. Delivery Delays

We aim for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons. Kiddies Collection is not liable for any delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or other external factors.


5. Order Placement

  • International payments can be made via bank transfer.
  • Orders are held for 36 hours after confirmation pending payment.
  • Stitched/custom orders require advance payment.
